　　2021年03月23日訊：深圳大學2021年第二批公開招聘教師72名,報名截止至2021年4月30日，現將有關事項公告如下：

　　一、聘用崗位及待遇

　　I.PositionandRemuneration

　　本年度招聘崗位及具體要求見《深圳大學2021年第二批引進教師崗位計劃表》（見附件1，以下簡稱《計劃表》）。

　　InterestedpartiesareinvitedtorefertotheShenzhenUniversity2021SecondRoundTeachingPositionRecruitmentPlanforcurrentopenings(seeAttachment1,hereinafterreferredtoasthe“Plan”).

　　本年度招聘的教師崗位實行預聘-長聘管理制度，部分崗位實行全職授課教師管理制度。預聘-長聘制教師崗位要求應聘者35歲以下，學校急需引進或特別優秀的應聘者可適當放寬年齡要求。預聘-長聘制教師相關待遇如下：

　　Teachersrecruitedthisyearwillbesubjecttothetenuretrack,andsomepositionswillbesubjecttothemanagementsystemoffull-timeacademicfaculty.Tenure-trackfacultyapplicantsshouldbeunder35yearsold.Theagerequirementswillbeappropriatelyrelaxedforurgently-neededtalentsandapplicantswithparticularlyoutstandingqualifications.Remunerationfortenure-trackfacultyisasfollows:

　　1.實行年薪制，根據應聘者的經歷及業績，提供具有競爭力的薪酬和科研啟動專項經費；特別優秀的應聘者可納入學校人才項目培養，享受相應待遇，具體按學校相關政策執行。

　　二、應聘者條件及要求

　　1.符合本公告及《計劃表》規定的資格條件。

　　2.應聘者所學專業須與計劃表中崗位要求專業一致；所學專業須與職位規定的學歷層次相對應。

　　3.年齡及工作經歷計算截止時間為2021年4月30日。

　　2.報名方式：登錄深圳大學人才招聘平臺（網址：http://zp.szu.edu.cn/，建議使用360極速瀏覽器或谷歌瀏覽器），使用郵箱注冊賬號，收到激活郵件并激活，登錄系統后在招聘崗位頁面可以查看所有開放的崗位詳細信息，點擊“申請崗位”，完善簡歷信息并提交。每位應聘者最多可以申請三個崗位。具體報名方式請參看《教職工招聘系統操作手冊（應聘者）》（附件2）。

　　IV.Interview

　　由各單位面試專家組綜合應聘者學歷背景、工作經歷、學術成果、發展潛力等因素，提出擬入圍面試名單。面試名單經學校人事工作教授委員會審核確定后，由各單位組織面試。面試將考察應聘者的思想政治、學術水平、科研能力、教學能力等綜合素質。具體面試方式、時間、地點等，由各單位另行通知，各單位聯系人信息可在招聘平臺上點擊崗位進行查看。

　　Theinterviewpanelofeachunitwillcomprehensivelyreviewtheapplicant’sacademicbackground,workexperience,academicachievementsanddevelopmentpotentialtoshortlistcandidatesforinterview.AftertheshortlistedcandidatelistisreviewedandapprovedbytheSZUfacultypersonnelcommittee,eachunitwillorganizetheinterview.Theinterviewwillexaminecandidates’overallqualitiesincludingacademiclevel,researchabilityandteachingability.Eachunitwillnotifythecandidatesoftheirinterviewdate/time/location.Candidatescanviewcontactinformationforeachunitinthee-Recruitmentsystem.

　　五、錄取結果公布及公示。

　　V.Recruitmentresultsandannouncement

　　面試結束后，由各單位向學校提出建議引進教師名單，學校人事工作教授委員會審議確定擬錄用人選。擬錄用人選經學校審批通過后將在深圳大學人才招聘網站公布，公示期7天。

　　EachunitsubmitsalistofqualifiedcandidatestotheUniversityaftertheinterview.Thefacultypersonnelcommitteewilldeliberateanddeterminethecandidatestobehired.AftertheapprovalfromtheUniversity,thesuccessfulcandidateswillbeannouncedontheUniversity’srecruitmentwebsiteforcommentsfor7days.

　　六、聘用

　　擬錄用人員經公示，沒有投訴或經查投訴不實或不影響聘用的，按規定在公示結束的一年內辦理聘用手續，逾期未辦理入職手續者，將視為放棄崗位，不予錄用。
