　　四、資格審查

　　應聘者須于2024年9月19日前取得相應的學歷學位證書;畢業于國(境)外高校的，還須取得國外學位和教育部留學服務中心出具的學歷學位認證書。

　　工作年限計算時間截止到2024年9月19日。在報名系統填寫最近一段在職工作經歷時，結束時間選擇2024年9月19日。

　　應聘者所學專業名稱與招聘崗位要求不一致，但所學方向相同相近的，由我校參考高校學科、專業設置目錄自主認定是否符合要求。

　　若崗位必備條件中對特定語言、職稱、能力、經歷、培訓等有一定的要求，應聘者在報名時應當如實、詳細、明確地填寫。

　　全日制學習期間所有的工作、實習、兼職、項目管理等經驗均不算作工作經驗。

　　資格初審和資格復審。

　　1)資格初審將在報名截止后根據崗位要求統一進行線上審核。

　　2)資格復審時間將會通過郵件另行通知，應聘者須在指定時間接受資格復審。資格復審時，出現以下任一情況均視為應聘者自動放棄應聘資格：a.無法提供要求的所有材料;b.提供的材料中顯示與報考資格條件不相符;c.未在規定時間內完成資格復審。

　　應聘者在報名時提交的中英文信息和在資格審查中提交的材料應當一致、真實、準確、有效。凡提供虛假、不實信息和材料獲取報考及聘用資格或有意隱瞞本人真實情況的，一經查實，立即取消報考資格或聘用資格。應聘者須對本人所提交的錯誤信息造成的后果負責。

　　五、考核

　　1.考核由綜合筆試和專業考核組成，全部采用現場考核形式，不接受參加線上考核�？偝煽儩M分為100分，合格分為60分。計算公式為：總成績=綜合筆試成績×40%+專業考核總成績×60%，計算到小數點后兩位，尾數四舍五入。

　　1)綜合筆試。

　　綜合筆試滿分100分，主要考察候選人的綜合素質、英語能力等，根據筆試成績按崗位計劃數1：8比例確定入圍專業考核人員。如遇最后一名同分的，則一并進入資格復審和面試，如不足1:8的，可全部入圍下一輪專業考核。

　　2)專業考核。

　　專業考核主要考察候選人的崗位匹配程度和專業相關能力，一般由兩輪面試組成，其中第一輪面試可根據崗位需求替換為以考察專業能力為目的的專業筆試，每輪考核均為百分制。專業考核總成績滿分100分，計算公式為：總成績=第一輪面試/考核成績×50%+第二輪面試成績×50%，計算到小數點后兩位，尾數四舍五入。

　　根據應聘人員的第一輪面試/考核成績，從高分到低分，按崗位計劃數1:3的比例確定進入第二輪面試人員。如遇最后一名同分的，則一并進入第二輪面試;如不足1:3的，全部入圍第二輪面試。

　　本次招聘不指定任何考核范圍、考試復習用書。本次招聘不設最低開考比例。應聘者缺席任一考核環節將被視為自動放棄應聘資格。

　　3.具體考試安排會以郵件的形式另行通知，請務必確保報名時填寫的郵件地址準確無誤，并查看垃圾郵件。

　　六、體檢

　　1.根據考試總成績按選聘崗位1：1的比例由高分到低分確定入圍體檢對象。若總成績相同的，以面試成績高者優先(如再相同，需另行加試)。擬入圍體檢人員名單在溫州肯恩大學官網公布。

　　2.體檢工作參照公務員體檢標準進行，由學校統一組織。體檢對象須按規定的時間、地點和要求，攜帶本人身份證參加體檢。不按規定時間、地點和要求參加體檢的，視作自動放棄體檢資格。

　　七、其他

　　聘用人員必須在學校要求的時間內報到;不能在規定時間內報到的，我校不保留聘用資格。

　　ApplicantsmustobtainthecorrespondingacademicdegreecertificatesbySeptember19,2024.ThosegraduatedfromoverseasuniversitiesmustalsoobtainforeigndegreesandacademicdegreecertificationissuedbytheChinaScholarshipCouncil(CSCSE).

　　ThecalculationofworkexperienceendsonSeptember19,2024.Whenfillinginthemostrecentworkexperienceintheapplicationsystem,theenddateshouldbeselectedasSeptember19,2024.

　　Iftheapplicant'smajornamedoesnotmatchthejobrequirementsbutthestudydirectionissimilar,ouruniversitywilldetermineeligibilitybasedonthereferencetouniversitydisciplinesandprogramsettings.

　　Ifthejobrequirementsspecifycertainlanguageabilities,professionaltitles,skills,experiences,ortrainings,applicantsmustfillintherelevantinformationtruthfully,detailedly,andclearlyduringtheapplicationprocess.

　　Allwork,internships,part-timejobs,andprojectmanagementexperiencesduringfull-timestudiesdonotcountasworkexperience.

　　PreliminaryandFinalQualificationReviews:

　　Thepreliminaryqualificationreviewwillbeconductedonlineuniformlyaftertheapplicationdeadlinebasedonjobrequirements.

　　Thefinalqualificationreviewdatewillbenotifiedseparatelyviaemail.Applicantsmustattendthefinalreviewatthespecifiedtime.Failuretodosounderanyofthefollowingcircumstanceswillresultinautomaticdisqualification:a)inabilitytoprovideallrequiredmaterials;b)materialsindicatingineligibility;c)failuretocompletethefinalreviewwithinthespecifiedtime.

　　TheChineseandEnglishinformationsubmittedduringtheapplicationprocessandthematerialsprovidedforqualificationreviewmustbeconsistent,true,accurate,andvalid.Anyfalseormisleadinginformationormaterialsusedtoobtainapplicationoremploymentqualifications,orintentionalconcealmentofpersonalinformation,willresultinimmediatedisqualificationuponverification.Applicantsareresponsiblefortheconsequencesofanyerrorsintheinformationtheysubmit.

　　V.Assessment

　　Theassessmentconsistsofacomprehensivewrittentestandaprofessionalassessment,bothconductedon-siteandnotavailableonline.Thetotalscoreis100points,with60pointsaspass,calculatedasfollows:TotalScore=ComprehensiveWrittenTestScore×40%+ProfessionalAssessmentScore×60%,roundedtotwodecimalplaces.

　　ComprehensiveWrittenTest:Fullscoreof100points,focusingoncandidates'comprehensivequalitiesandEnglishabilities.Candidateswillbeselectedfortheprofessionalassessmentbasedona1:8ratiooftheplannedjobpositionstothenumberofcandidatespassingthewrittentest.Incaseofatie,alltiedcandidateswillproceedtothenextround.Iftheratiofallsbelow1:8,allcandidateswilladvancetonextProfessionalAssessment.

　　ProfessionalAssessment:Focusingoncandidates'jobfitandprofessionalcompetencies,typicallyconsistingoftworoundsofinterviews.Thefirstroundmaybereplacedbyaprofessionalwrittentestforcertainpositions.Eachroundisscoredoutof100points.Thetotalscorefortheprofessionalassessmentiscalculatedas:TotalScore=FirstRoundInterview/AssessmentScore×50%+SecondRoundInterviewScore×50%,roundedtotwodecimalplaces.

　　Basedonthefirstroundscores,candidateswillbeselectedforthesecondroundofinterviewsina1:3ratio.Incaseofatie,alltiedcandidateswillproceed.Iftheratiofallsbelow1:3,allcandidateswilladvancetothesecondround.

　　Nospecificassessmentscopeorstudymaterialsaredesignatedforthisrecruitment.Thereisnominimumexaminationratio.Absencefromanyassessmentstagewillresultinautomaticdisqualification.

　　VI.PhysicalExamination

　　Candidateswillbeselectedforphysicalexaminationbasedonthefinalscoresina1:1ratioforeachjobposition,fromhighesttolowest.Incaseofatie,thecandidatewiththehigherinterviewscorewilltakeprecedence(ifstilltied,anadditionaltestwillberequired).ThelistofcandidatesselectedforphysicalexaminationwillbepublishedontheWenzhou-KeanUniversityofficialwebsite.

　　Thephysicalexaminationwillbeconductedaccordingtocivilservantstandardsandorganizedbytheuniversity.CandidatesmustattendtheexaminationwiththeirIDcardsatthespecifiedtime,location,andaspertherequirements.Failuretodosowillresultinautomaticdisqualification.
